Come stroll through our expanded pumpkin patch and pick out the perfect pumpkin to decorate! Kids will receive a free decorating kit to unleash their creativity.

Thanks to our amazing pumpkin sponsors, this event remains completely free—we simply ask families to bring non-perishable food items to support our community food drive.

For Palooza Vendors:
RULES:
1. All food vendors must provide a certificate of insurance listing Farmingville Hills Chamber of Commerce, Inc. PO Box 30, Farmingville, NY 11738 additionally insured. Certificates are to be emailed to treasurer@farmingvillechamber.com.
2. All exhibitors selling goods and services MUST display their New York State Tax Certificate of Authority number the day of the event.
3. All food vendors must be properly licensed and obtain a permit from the Suffolk County Department of Health AND have proper clearance from the Town of Brookhaven.
4. THIS FAIR IS RAIN OR SHINE.
5. Vendor set up is no earlier than 8:00 am – deadline is 9:30 am.
6. You WILL NOT be able to access your location by vehicle. Your spot will be within a park and we recommend you invest in some type of cart to transport your items.
7. You WILL NOT be permitted to breakdown early, unless authorized by the executive board of the Chamber of Commerce. Violators will be banned from future fairs/events.
8. All tents must be weighted down. You can easily purchase weights at your local store or online.
No more than 2 of the same vendor will be permitted.
The following vendors are at capacity:
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will NOT be able to access your spot via truck or automobile. There will be an unload area near the gate of the park. YOU MUST bring your tent, tables, chairs, and goods via your own cart or hand truck. THIS EVENT IS IN AN ENCLOSED PARK. THERE IS NO VEHICLE ACCESS IN THE PARK.
